The Big Cheese

The Big Cheese absolutely delivered. Granted it was uncomfortably cold out, it was well worth the wait. I was saddened to discover that the Mt. Fuji was no longer available, but that helped narrow down my choices. I settled on the Chevre with a side of tomato soup.



The tomato soup was much better than I'd expected. You could still taste and see the grit, if you will, of fresh carrot blended into the mix. It was a welcomed surprise.

As for dinner, I loaded up on about 4 servings of pasta. My excuse? I'm going snowboarding for the first time since my freshman year of college. Thank goodness my clothes still fit.
