Valentine's Day is not that important to me but, I would be lying if I said I wouldn't like some of these delicious red velvet pancakes though...hint, hint.

I'm fairly certain that the only way I'll be having red velvet pancakes is if I make them myself and I am not that ambitious. I actually am a horrible pancake maker and red velvet-anything maker, so the odds are against me. I attempted a red velvet cheesecake on my 25th birthday and while the taste was acceptable, it was runny and disgusting. Oh well.
