To prepare the infamous crab cracker, you'll need plenty of saltine crackers, Duke's mayonnaise (no other mayo can compare), salt, pepper and Old Bay (optional). Spread a generous amount of mayo on the cracker, pile the crab meat on and sprinkle your desired seasonings on top. Then stick one of those little morsels in your mouth and chew on it. Let me know what you think.
Not only did I enjoy close to a half a bushel of crabs over the weekend (roughly 40 crabs for novices), I was also fortunate enough to have my Dad dote on me a bit and make me breakfast each morning -- fried prosciutto, spinach, tomatoes and a sunny-side up egg, sprinkled with Parmesan on garlic french bread. Jealous?
